Reach homeowners who need you

Kencorporation Heating & Air is a referral service. We do not hire employees for field work. Instead, we connect homeowners with independent HVAC providers, and we are looking for more of them across the North Prairie area.

If you run your own heating and cooling business and want steady homeowner calls, this may be a good fit.

Who we look for

We are interested in independent contractors who handle one or more of these jobs:

• AC repair
• Furnace repair
• AC installation and replacement

You should serve homeowners in or near North Prairie, and you should be ready to take calls from people who may be stressed and new to all of this.

What we expect

Homeowners come to us worried. We ask that providers in our network:

• Hold the licenses and insurance your area requires, and keep them current
• Speak in plain words and explain the problem clearly
• Give written quotes before starting work
• Respect each homeowner's right to say no
• Be honest about timing and avoid promises you cannot keep

You do your own work, set your own prices and manage your own schedule. Kencorporation Heating & Air only makes the introduction.
