How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Kencorporation Heating & Air wants every homeowner who reaches out to have a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to contact us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Kencorporation Heating & Air
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider you were connected with
If the Problem Involves a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Kencorporation Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@kencorporation.property and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted Kencorporation Heating & Air or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
